H.R. 3124 – The “Clean Slate for Marijuana Offenses Act of 2015”

- Allows individuals who have been convicted of a qualifying marijuana offense, defined as an offense committed against the United States in which the crime was legal under state law, or in any federal case in which the amount of marijuana possessed was less than one ounce, to have the conviction expunged from their record following the completion of their sentence.
